Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sale periods and public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver anywhere in South Africa. All orders are delivered by trusted courier partners to your door. Please provide a full physical address — we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched via one of our delivery partners, you will receive a confirmation SMS/WA/email with your tracking number.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, load shedding, or adverse weather. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@elian.co.za and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address is incorrect or incomplete, or because the courier was unable to reach you using the contact number provided, a re-delivery fee may apply.
